3. Chelsea

The Blues had an abysmal time last year and could only finish tenth in what was the most disappointing season for the club in recent years.

Not only did their squad look lethargic and uninterested, but the club also failed to qualify for European football of any kind.

However, the arrival of new manager Antonio Conte seems to have sparked new life into Chelsea and the additions of Michy Batshuayi and N’Golo Kante will certainly revitalise the squad somewhat.

The addition of a striker will probably complete the Italian’s summer transfer activity, and if Eden Hazard can build on the flashes of quality he showed at Euro 2016, Chelsea will be in with a great chance of challenging for the title.
