Hernandez is on loan at Bayer from Manchester United

After being pushed out at Manchester United, Red Devils fans might be wondering why Javier Hernandez was let go based on his Champions League form this term. Despite Bayer Leverkusen sitting in third place in a very difficult group, the Mexican striker is joint second top scorer in the competition with four goals, and will be hoping to add to his tally in the final two matches to help the German side advance.
