4. Eddie Howe
Howe is one of the brightest young managers in the game and undoubtedly has a very bright future.
The AFC Bournemouth boss has done an incredible job down on the south coast, helping the club to achieve promotion to the Premier League and keeping them away from relegation last season.

However, whilst he does possess a lot of good qualities, this vacancy may come just too soon for the 38-year-old.
Howe is largely untested at the highest levels and his lack of experience may just be counted against him at this stage.
