With almost the last kick of the game, Sergio Aguero sends the blue side of Manchester wild with elation as he scores a last-gasp winner. Disaster for United. Delirium for City.

With the final goal of the Premier League campaign, Manchester City had won the title. This was, quite simply, the greatest comeback of all time.
