3. Santi Mina (Valencia)

Valencia’s new €10 million man Santi Mina arrives on a six-year deal and looks to be a canny purchase. He can lead defenders a merry dance and thrives on the right wing. The 19-year-old enjoys cutting in from the flank and cracking shots off at goal. Mina managed seven goals and four assists in only 17 starts at Celta Vigo last season; a tally which is sure to grow as he gains playing time.

Mina may have to play second fiddle to Sofiane Feghouli this year but he has already proved that when afforded the chance he has the talent to impress.
