Although Pep Guardiola is currently the manager of Bayern Munich, it would come as no surprise to those close to German football to see the Spaniard strongly linked with the Chelsea job. With his contract set to expire next summer, and a willingness to extend near to non existent from both parties, the man who won it all during his spell at Barcelona is almost what you could call ‘semi-available’. It would be unlike him to leave his side hanging partway through a season, but the lure of the Premier League and trying to sort out the mess his long-standing rival Mourinho has left behind could be too much to turn down.
