The Brazil international completed a first half hat-trick as Cheslea ran out resounding 5-1 winners from Milton Keynes Dons.

His first came in fortunate circumstances as Kyle McFadzean’s back pass was intercepted by Diego Costa who then squared for Oscar to slide the ball home.

Hat-trick hero Oscar (Left) celebrates with teammate Eden Hazard during Chelsea’s 5-1 thumping of MK Dons.

After the Dons had drawn level through Darren Potter’s deflected strike, the 24-year-old restored the visitors’ lead as he fired home across goalkeeper David Martin.

With a minute of the half remaining, he completed his hat-trick with the pick of the goals.

Collecting the ball on the left flank, he ran at the defence before cutting in to the edge of the area and unleashing a fierce strike which nestled perfectly inside of the right post.

Eden Hazard netted from the spot; for his first goal of the season, while young Bertrand Traore scored his first goal for the club to secure the emphatic victory and set up a fifth-round clash at home to Manchester City later this month.
