3. Grimsby Town v Shrewsbury Town (Monday, 7:45pm)

The last game of the second round on Monday night could also provide another shock, with National League Grimsby confident that they can pick up another home win in the competition.

Micky Mellon’s Shrewsbury will be wary of the threat Grimsby pose

The Mariners saw off St Albans 5-1 in the last round, however they will face a much sterner test against the Shrews. The League One side have struggled in the league this season, narrowly making it through against National League North’s Gainsborough in the last round. That will give Grimsby confidence that they can cause an upset on home turf and reach the third round.
