We’ve already seen the likes of Dick Advocaat and Brendan Rodgers lose their jobs this year, and more will undoubtedly go before the season is up.

We’re at the point in the campaign where rumours start circulating about rifts within dressing rooms and unemployed managers itching to get back into work.

But who looks likely to lose their position in the top flight before the end of the season?

Shoot looks into the top 5 contenders…

5. Eddie Howe (Bournemouth)

Eddie Howe’s side have found life tough going of late

It would be ridiculous sacking him, but he has to be in our top 5 in case the owners panic. A young and enthusiastic manager, Eddie Howe was tipped to succeed with a Bournemouth side that blew away the opposition for the majority of last season. However, injury to their main man up front has left the Cherries with a lack of striking options, something which can be unforgiving in the top division. Having not won since mid-September and finding themselves in the bottom three, Howe’s inexperience may see him replaced.
