2. Quique Sanchez Flores (Watford)
Many fans were disheartened when Slavisa Jokanovic departed Watford in the summer, despite leading the club to promotion. However, the now Fulham boss would’ve done remarkably well to top the job Quique Sanchez Flores has done at Vicarage Road. Everyone expected the Hornets to be near the relegation zone, but we couldn’t have been anymore wrong. The Spaniard’s side sit ninth in the table on 29 points, following wins against the likes of Liverpool, Stoke and West Ham. The former Atletico Madrid chief deserves huge credit for tightening up the defence and for playing two strikers, with the partnership of Odion Ighalo and Troy Deeney having produced 20 goals so far.
