3. Philippe Coutinho (Liverpool)
The playmaker was exceptional as he opened the scoring in Liverpool’s 1-1 draw with Spurs.
Involved in his fourth goal in as many games (two goals, two assists), Coutinho started and finished the move as his shot swept into the far corner to put Jurgen Klopp’s side 1-0 up.
The 23-year-old’s crossing was also superb as on one particular occasion his low ball flashed across the goal line and his late effort only just fizzed past the post which would have all but sealed Tottenham’s fate in finishing second place, although Leicester’s win on Sunday looks to have confirmed it.
