Leicester City are the 2015-16 season Premier League champions after Tottenham Hotspur could only manage a 2-2 draw against Chelsea, despite leading 2-0 at half-time.
The Foxes had already drawn 1-1 against Manchester United, meaning that anything less than a Spurs victory would see them crowned as title winners.
Elsewhere; there were wins for Southampton, Swansea City, Everton, Newcastle United, Watford, West Ham United and Arsenal.
But as attention turns to the relegation battle; who were this week’s top performers?

West Ham’s captain scored his second brace of the season as the Hammers won 3-0 at West Brom.
On the stroke of half-time he doubled his side’s lead, controlling the ball before squeezing it into the far right corner.
The Englishman added gloss to the score with ten minutes remaining, notching his career best seventh Premier League goal, as he fired home Aaron Cresswell’s left sided cross after excellent work by Dimitri Payet.
