3. Steven Davis (Southampton)

The Northern Ireland international continued his impressive form with a fine display in Southampton’s 4-1 home victory against Crystal Palace.

It was an impressive display by the midfielder who was on hand to thwart Dwight Gayle when Palace took a quick free-kick and start many attacks, most notably one which resulted in Sadio Mane just firing past the post.

The 31-year-old then sealed the emphatic victory in the closing minutes as he slammed the ball home after Graziano Pelle had chested it down in the area.
