3. Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City)

De Bruyne was in scintillating form as City demolished United in the first-half and continued to impress after the break.

The Belgian opened the scoring on the quarter-hour mark when he raced past Daley Blind after Kelechi Iheanacho had flicked the ball on with a header.

The 25-year-old was then influential with the second goal as his shot came back off the post for Iheanacho to tap into an unguarded net.

He was also denied by the woodwork late on as his direct running constantly put Jose Mourinho’s side on the back foot and ultimately resulted in getting the win.
