Opportunities for the Belgium international have been limited at Goodison Park this season and a potential loan move may be on the cards.

The magnificent form of Gerard Deulofeu has largely kept him out of the first team, but he has also been hampered by some niggling injuries.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez insists that Mirallas features in his plans but with only three starts this season, and two of these coming in the Capital One Cup, you could understand the winger’s frustrations.

With the European Championships taking place in the summer, the 28-year-old will be hoping to get as many minutes as possible under his belt to cement his place in Belgium’s squad.
