Now Claudio Bravo has completed his move to Manchester City, Hart has become the club’s third choice goalkeeper behind Bravo and Willy Caballero.

Whilst you cannot blame boss Pep Guardiola for exploring his options after such a disappointing campaign for England at Euro 2016, the 29-year-old will be keen to force a move away from Manchester, albeit probably only temporary for now.

Everton had been heavily linked with Hart, but manager Ronald Koeman has now ruled out this possibility, completing shutting down any hope of this transfer happening.

The Merseyside destination however may not be out of the question as Hart could be the answer to the goalkeeping issues at Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.
