Well, what a month April has been for Sam Allardyce, who is working wonders with his Crystal Palace side.

After flirting with relegation for a large part of the season, the club has taken 19 points from their last nine games and look to have pretty much guaranteed safety for another season in the top-flight.

During this spell, The Eagles beat the league leaders 2-1 at Stamford Bridge, brushed Arsenal aside at home as they soared to a 3-0 victory and dented Liverpool’s top four hopes as they earned a 2-1 win at Anfield.

Now, the question is just where will the team from Selhurst Park finish this season?

On paper, they have a tough run-in with Burnley, Manchester City, Hull City and Manchester United all still to play.

However, given their current form, the London outfit could carry this into their remaining games and win all of their four final fixtures. This means that we could potentially see them finish as high as eighth, which would be their best-ever finish in the Premier League.
