Top 5: Young stars to watch in the 2016/17 Premier League season

1. Dele Alli

Alli is already a household name in footballing nations across the world, but he cannot be excluded from this list.

At 20-years-old, the England midfielder made the jump from League One to the Premier League look like a walk in the park and there were few greater impressive all round performances from any player in the Premier League last season.

Whilst his form was not enough to secure Tottenham the title, he was named the PFA Young Player of the Year 2016 after scoring 10 times and providing 11 assists.

If Alli can find his form again this season and continue his progress, we can certainly expect to see some great games from him this season.
