Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy left furious with Harry Kane as Manchester United close in on £200million transfer, according to the Daily Mail

A sensational story from the Mail, as it seems the chances of United snapping up Harry Kane are actually much more likely than it seems.

The paper has reported that Levy was left furious with Harry Kane as he expressed live on social media that he would not hang around if he felt the team were not progressing.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is known for shrewd transfer business at Spurs.

It’s clear that the top striker wants more than just goals and is desperate to gain some silverware in his career which he is yet to do in a Spurs shirt.

There’s also the fact that Spurs owe a staggering £637million on the stadium loan and a further £83million in transfer fees. The approximate £200million reaped in for Kane would help alleviate some of those debts.

If the move goes through it is sure to be one of the biggest Premier League transfers ever, both in terms of money and the significance of the England captain making the switch to Manchester United.
