Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on signing Leeds United sensation Jack Clarke this month.

The young Englishman has impressed this season for the promotion chasers with displays like his Man of the Match performance against Derby County last time out.

Clarke has scored two goals in 13 appearances for this term since making his senior debut in October.

And according to Football Insider, the North London side are interested in recruiting the 18-year-old winger from the Championship leaders who are stalling over tying the starlet down to a new deal.

Could Clarke soon be playing under Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino?

Clarke signed his first professional contract for the Elland Road side in November 2017 when he was just 17 and is currently one of the lowest paid players in the first-team.

Reports suggest Spurs, who it’s thought have been scouting the player, are willing to pay £10million for the teenager in order to bring him to the capital.

Leeds fans will hope to keep hold of their impressive youngster, especially with promotion back to the Premier League for the first time since 2004 well in their sights.
