Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be content with their start to the Premier League campaign, however, poor showings in the Champions League and EFL Cup will no doubt have disappointed them.

Spurs have only lost twice in the league this season, and currently lie in 5th place, within striking distance of the top four and rivals Arsenal.

Tottenham have a lot to play for during the second half of the season. They’ll be desperate to grab one of those top four places and qualify for the Champions League come May, so that they can put right what happened this campaign in the next one.

They’ll also be looking to make some headway in the Europa League where they are amongst the favourites to win the competition.

To help them with these goals the recruitment team will no doubt be working overtime to identify players who can add extra quality to the side in January.

But they’ll need to make some room in their squad for potential new additions. With that said here’s TWO players we here at Shoot! reckon Tottenham should let go this January…
