Tottenham are reportedly pondering a summer move for former Liverpool midfielder Suso, according to the Mirror.

The Premier League side, who defeated Southampton 2-1 on Sunday afternoon to remain 10 points behind league leaders Chelsea in the top-flight standings, have been linked with the AC Milan winger.

The 23-year-old, who is a former Spain Under-21 international, has scored six goals and provided nine assists in 30 appearances in all competitions for the Serie A side so far this season.

Suso, who predominantly operates on the right wing, has become a key player for the San Siro outfit, although he has just over two years remaining on his current contract.

The report suggests Spurs have added the Spaniard to a list of potential transfer targets this summer.

Suso started his senior career at Premier League rivals Liverpool, after joining from Cadiz in 2010, but he only managed to make 21 first-team appearances for The Reds, before joining Almeria on loan in 2013, then leaving Anfield permanently for Milan in the summer of 2015.
