Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering making an offer for Germany international forward Marco Reus, according to the Mirror.

The Premier League side, who host Huddersfield Town at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, have been linked with the Borussia Dortmund winger ahead of this summer’s transfer window.

The 28-year-old, who has 29 international caps for his country, has scored two goals in five appearances in all competitions for the Bundesliga outfit so far this season, with cruciate ligament damage severely hindering his 2017-18 campaign.

Reus, who joined Dortmund from German rivals Borussia Mönchengladbach back in January 2012 for a reported €17.1m, has netted 91 goals in 194 games overall for the club.

However, with the Germany international forward reportedly stalling over a new deal with Dortmund, the report claims Tottenham are ready to make a move for the left winger this summer.

Reus is contracted at the Westfalenstadion until June 2019, but is understood to be waiting to find out about the club’s ambition in the forthcoming transfer window, before deciding whether to commit his future to Dortmund.

He is valued at £25.2m, by transfermarkt.
