England international Dele Alli has reportedly emerged as a shock transfer target for Real Madrid this summer, according to Don Balon.
The Tottenham midfielder, who put pen to paper on a switch to White Hart Lane from Championship outfit Milton Keynes Dons only last February, has been in inspired form since hitting the ground running in the English top-flight this term.
The 19-year-old; who already has four international caps for the Three Lions, including one goal following his sensational strike against France, has netted an impressive seven times and provided seven assists in 39 appearances in all competitions for Spurs so far this season.
Given Alli’s incredible adaptation to the Premier League; his services have now drawn the interest of Zinedine Zidance’s Galacticos, who have a habit of snapping up Tottenham’s highly-rated talent in the past – with Gareth Bale and Luka Modric previously moving to the Bernabeu in big money moves.
Alli cost Mauricio Pochettino’s side an initial £5m just over a year ago.
