Tottenham are the only unbeaten side left in the Premier League and look ready to challenge for the title again this season.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have won five and drawn six of their opening 11 games but, despite their unbeaten start, they would have been hoping to have turned some of those draws into victories.

Nonetheless, Spurs have been excellent defensively in the first few months of the season, and their tally of six goals conceded is comfortably the best in the league, with Chelsea the next best with nine.

However, Pochettino’s men have struggled in the Champions League so far, with just one win from their opening four matches leaving them in danger of missing out on qualification for the last 16.

All in all, it’s been a solid if unspectacular first three months of the season, and several Tottenham players have been on international duty this week as a whole host of World Cup qualifiers and friendlies have taken place across the world, but who has performed the best?

Here are THREE Spurs players who have starred for their country this fortnight…
