Tottenham Hotspur welcome relegation-threatened Luton Town to North London on Saturday afternoon.

The Lilywhites sit fifth in the Premier League table at present – three points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa – and manager Ange Postecoglou will be desperate to see his side pick up three points against the Hatters.

Postecoglou will hope to guide his side to qualification for next season’s Champions League, something that would likely represent a successful first season in charge of the North London club.

Off the pitch, two of Spurs’ senior players are reportedly set to depart the club this summer.

According to Football Insider, both Giovani Lo Celso and Bryan Gil are unlikely to be at Tottenham at the start of next season.

Both players are currently on the fringes of Postecoglou’s squad, with just six Premier League starts between them so far this term.

Lo Celso looks set to leave Tottenham this summer

Gil, 23, joined the Lilywhites from Spanish side Sevilla in 2021, and has since spent time on loan at both Sevilla and Valencia.

The Spaniard has played 42 times for Tottenham across all competitions, but has never scored for the club.

Lo Celso, meanwhile, originally arrived in London in 2019 on loan from La Liga side Real Betis.

He then signed permanently for the London side the following year, and has since spent time on loan at Villarreal.

The 27-year-old attacking midfielder has played 99 times for Spurs, scoring ten goals and providing eight assists.

It is claimed in the report that Tottenham will allow the two players to leave the club this summer, if they receive suitable offers.

Lo Celso’s current contract is set to expire next summer – which means he could sign a pre-contract agreement with any foregn club in January – while Gil’s deal runs until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
