Premier League rivals Liverpool and Manchester United will face each other in the last-16 of this year’s UEFA Europa League.

Meanwhile English top-flight title contenders Tottenham have been rewarded a tough tie against Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund, after Spurs defeated Fiorentina in the last-32 on Thursday night.

Marcus Rashford, 18, scored twice on his debut to help inspire Manchester United to a 5-1 win over FC Midtjylland on Thursday night.

Elsewhere; former United defender Gary Neville’s Valencia will face La Liga rivals Athletic Bilbao in the next round.

Back-to-back reigning Europa League champions Sevilla have been drawn away to FC Basel, Shakhtar Donetsk face Anderlecht in the last-16 after their terrific away display at Schalke last night and Villarreal have drawn Germans Bayer Leverkusen in the next round.

And finally, Serie A side Lazio visit Sparta Prague during their next first-leg tie in the Europa League and Fenerbahce versus Braga completes Friday’s draw.

These fixtures will be played on Thursday, March 10 and Thursday, March 17.

The winner of the Europa League will automatically qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League.
