After coming from behind to defeat European giants FC Barcelona in the Champions League during midweek, plus, being joint-top of the Premier League standings, there is a lot to smile about at the moment if you are a Manchester City fan.

But beyond this season’s possible silverware under new manager Pep Guardiola, the future of the Citizens also looks very promising, and rather cheeky, on this evidence from youngster Taylor Richards.

The 15-year-old, who has been dubbed ‘the new Neymar’, snapped up the highly-rated forward from Championship outfit Fulham back in the summer of 2015.

It is easy to see why City rate the prospectful winger so highly, as confidence is clearly no issue for Richards after netting a sublime Panenka penalty in the above video, via Furious Football Diaries (FFDTV).

Despite having a long, long way to go to live up to his comparison with Brazil and Barcelona superstar Neymar, this spectacular piece of skill is just a glimpse of what the Man City starlet can produce.
