Manchester United fans will be looking forward to seeing Paul Pogba back in action for his club this weekend, after a dazzling display for his country in midweek.
The 23-year-old, who re-joined the Premier League side from defending Serie A champions Juventus in the summer following his world record £89m move, executed an outside of the foot pass which switched flanks during France’s goalless draw against the Ivory Coast on Tuesday night.
Pogba shook off his marker in midfielder, before turning and finding full-back Lucas Digne with a beautifully weighted delivery.
Red Devil fans will be hoping the central midfielder, who has scored four goals in 15 appearances in all competitions since returning to The Theatre of Dreams in August, can display this sort of skill and technique on Saturday when Jose Mourinho’s men take on Arsenal.
United currently sit sixth in the league table following their most recent 3-1 victory at Swansea City.
