Name: Juan Iturbe
Club: AS Roma
With Leicester on top of the pile as we approach the January transfer window, Watford’s fantastic start to the season has gone slightly under the radar. The ability to score against anyone makes the Hornets a threat, with the partnership of Troy Denney and Odion Ighalo adapting well and picking up where they left off from the Championship.
Heroics from keeper Heurelho Gomes at the other end gives the Hertfordshire club a lot to work with, but manager Quique Sanchez Flores will be hoping for more creativity in midfield.
Re-visiting the Italian leagues is something which has come familiar to Watford (due to their Pozzo link) and January could bring in more faces from the Serie A, with Juan Iturbe the ideal arrival. The tricky 22-year-old winger has a lot of ability and a loan signing from parent club Roma would be a smart piece of business.
