Arsenal return to Premier League action against champions Leicester on Wednesday (7.45pm kick-off) looking to keep the pressure on the top four.

Arsene Wenger’s side produced a resilient display to come from behind to defeat Manchester City 2-1 in the FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley on Sunday, and the Frenchman will go in search of a record-breaking seventh success in the competition against league leaders Chelsea next month.

But before then the 67-year-old will attempt to guide his Gunners team to a 21st successive top four finish in the Premier League, and really needs a win over Craig Shakespeare’s Leicester on Wednesday to keep the pressure on those sides above them.

However, the Foxes have been resurgent since Shakespeare replaced the sacked Claudio Ranieri back in February, winning five of their last seven league matches, and pushing Atletico Madrid all the way in the quarter finals of the Champions League, only to lose 2-1 on aggregate.

And they will provide a tough test for Wenger’s men to try and negotiate on Wednesday, although Arsenal will be favourites after a fine win over City on Sunday.

Nonetheless, Wenger may decide to make a few changes to his starting eleven, so here are THREE Gunners stars who deserve a chance against the champions…
