Name: Saido Berahino
After kicking up a tantrum during the closing stages of the summer transfer window, Saido Berahino may just get his way of wanting to leave The Hawthorns in the January transfer window.
The Premier League likes of Liverpool, Newcastle United, Stoke City and Tottenham have all been reportedly linked with potential moves for the £25m-rated West Brom striker this month.
The 22-year-old, who is a former England Under-21 international, has scored three Premier League goals in 15 games this season for the Baggies.
Berahino also got on the scoresheet at the weekend when Tony Pulis’ side salvaged an FA Cup third-round replay away at Bristol City following a last-gasp 2-2 draw with the Championship side on Saturday.
After submitting a transfer request at The Hawthorns back in August due to Spurs’ four failed bids for the forward; Berahino triggered a series of spats with boss Pulis and chairman Jeremy Peace after vowing never to play for the Midlands club again.
If speculation is to be believed during this transfer window, it won’t be long until Berahino eventually gets his wish…
