West Brom have completed the loan signing of Tottenham midfielder Alex Pritchard until the end of the season.

The 22-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder or out wide, has struggled to break into Spurs’ first-team because of injury this season, but now has the opportunity to get some regular Premier League first-team football.

The England Under-21 international had been linked with a move to Championship sides Burnley and Middlesbrough, but has opted for a temporary move to the Hawthorns instead.

Pritchard, who is available to make his debut against Swansea on Tuesday night, was named in the PFA Championship Team of the Year following a loan spell with Brentford last season.
