Manchester United’s Tyler Blackett is the subject of reported interest from a number of clubs before the close of the transfer window.

It is understood that Premier League rivals West Brom, Scottish Premiership champions Celtic and La Liga outfit Real Sociedad, coached by former Red Devils boss David Moyes, are all interested in taking the defender on loan before September 1.

The 21-year-old, who only signed a new two-year contract extension at Old Trafford back in February, was handed his first-team debut by manager Louis van Gaal last season before going on to make 11 Premier League appearances for the club last term.

After enjoying previous loan spells at Blackpool and Birmingham City; Blackett is likely to be sent out on loan for added first-team action and could join fellow teammate Jonny Evans at West Brom after the two clubs agreed a £6m fee for the Northern Ireland international earlier today.
