West Ham and Crystal Palace have reportedly been offered striker Robin van Persie, after he was put up for sale by current club Fenerbahce, according to the Sun.

The former Arsenal and Manchester United is keen to return to the Premier League after just one season in Turkey, and has been touted around a number of London clubs, as the Dutchman looks to move his family back to the English capital.

The 32-year-old is said to be available for around £4m, and that could tempt both Hammers boss Slaven Bilic, and Palace manager Alan Pardew, after they missed out on the addition of Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi, who joined their city rivals Chelsea on Sunday.

Van Persie scored 20 goals in 45 matches in all competitions for Fenerbahce last term, while he is proven in the Premier League having netted 144 top flight goals during his spells with the Gunners and the Red Devils.
