West Ham United are reportedly ready to renew their interest in Turkey international Burak Yilmaz, according to radyospor.

The Premier League side, who suffered a 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United over the weekend, failed to sign the Galatasaray striker during the previous summer transfer window.

The 30-year-old, who has 42 international caps for his country, has scored eight goals in 14 Super Lig appearances this season.

With the likes of fellow forwards Andy Carroll and Diafra Sakho out injured, the report suggests Hammers boss Slaven Bilic could make a bid of around £6.1m for Yilmaz during the January transfer window.
