Andy Carroll of West Ham argues with the linesman during the 0-0 draw against Stoke.

West Ham’s fantastic start to the Premier League season has stuttered in recent weeks following injuries to heir key players, such as Dimitri Payet, but they look to have a run of favourable fixtures over Christmas.

The Hammers begin by travelling to managerless Swansea this weekend, before heading to the Midlands to face bottom of the table Aston Villa, and finishing by hosting an out of form Southampton.

With Payet, Manuel Lanzini and Diafra Sakho all absent, much of the attacking onus has been put on Andy Carroll, and the striker will be happy to see the Swans up next – he scored three times against them last term.
