Tomas Rosicky spent ten years at Arsenal before his contract expired in 2016, 247 appearances and 28 goals later.

Another whose time at the Emirates was disrupted by injury, the former Czech international proved when fit what a top midfielder he is, and was a regular in the side between 2006 and 2014, except the 2008/09 season, where he was ruled out of the whole campaign due to injury.

Rosicky’s Gunners career came to a disappointing end as, knowing that his contract was coming to an end, the 36-year-old suffered an injury which ruled him out of the second half of the season.

He now plays his football for Sparta Prague, where he began his career as a professional back in 1998.
