Who should Benitez sell this month?

Newcastle have, after a flying start to the season, come unstuck somewhat in the Championship in recent weeks and were held to a 1-1 draw against Birmingham in the FA Cup, meaning a reply in a couple of week’s time.

The Magpies have been knocked off the top of the table by promotion rivals Brighton and Hove Albion but remain favourites to win the title and secure promotion back to the Premier League at the first time of asking.

With the January window upon us, many fans will be keen to see who the former Real Madrid manager Rafa Benitez will bring in as he prepares for an expected return to the top flight.

However, as well as needing to add to his squad as they ready for the run in and look ahead to next season, the Spaniard will be looking at who he needs to cut from his squad.
