Chelsea striker Armando Broja will be sent out on loan once again after Thomas Tuchel decided that the Albanian wouldn’t be part of his squad for the upcoming season.

According to The Mail, the 20-year-old forward will join West Ham United for the entirety of next season.

The Hammers were keen to sign the Albania international permanently but Chelsea are reluctant to let him leave, the report claims.

Broja spent last season on loan with Southampton, scoring nine goals in 38 matches, and has also spent time at Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem.

Broja will have to wait at least one more season to be given the chance to impress for Chelsea

There was speculation that the youngster would be part of the Blues’ squad this season after the departure of Romelu Lukaku, but it appears that Tuchel has now decided otherwise.

Broja’s one and only Chelsea appearance came against Everton in the Premier League back in March 2020.

While the Hammers were keen to agree a permanent transfer, manager David Moyes is reportedly happy to sign the player for a season and then try to make the move permanent next summer.
