After the game, the defender’s farewell speech even bought him to tears, along with numerous fans and his close friends and family.

Terry has played for the club since he was 14-years-old and has captained the team 580 times.

It’s the end of an era, as one of the Premier League’s greatest ever defenders has played his final league game for Chelsea.
