West Ham picked up their third Premier League victory in four matches after coming from behind to beat Southampton 3-1 at St Mary’s.

Slaven Bilic’s men have significantly improved in the last few months, but fell behind early on the South Coast as Manolo Gabbiadini fired home just 12 minutes into his Saints debut.

However, the Hammers hit back immediately through Andy Carroll, before goals either side of half time from Pedro Obiang and Mark Noble secured the visitors a ninth league win of the campaign, and sixth in their last nine matches.

It means that Bilic’s men are up to ninth in the table, and will set their sights on trying to replicate last season’s seventh place finish, which was their best since their return to the top-flight in 2012.

Although the gap between themselves and seventh place Everton is nine points, West Ham have been in fine form of late, and could certainly bridge that gap and potentially go on and get a European spot come May.

They’ve got the players to do it, so here are TWO that must start every game between now and May in a bid to get into Europe…
