Chelsea are prepared to increase their summer spending to over £250million as they eye the signing of Declan Rice from West Ham United, according to The Sun. It’s claimed that Frank Lampard is a huge fan of the 21-year-old and that he wants to bring him to Stamford Bridge. However, with West Ham reportedly valuing the England international at £80million, it’s thought the Blues will try and push that fee down.
