German international Marco Reus has struggled with injury for much of the current campaign, and looks set for another spell on the sidelines after picking up a hamstring issue in Borussia Dortmund’s 6-2 win over Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend.

Nonetheless, the 27-year-old has proven over the last few years that he is one of the most talented attackers in world football, and although this season has been frustrating, his record in previous campaigns is sensational.

The former Monchengladbach man has scored 76 goals in his four full seasons at Dortmund since moving there in 2012, and has been a hugely integral member of the side that reached the Champions League final in 2013.

The two-times Bundesliga Player of the Year has long been linked with Arsenal, and with Chelsea and Liverpool also circling the attacker who could leave Dortmund this summer, Wenger will have to get a deal done fast to stave off interest and secure Reus’ signature, as he’s a player that could certainly come in and replace Sanchez’s goals and assists at the club.
