The left-back made his name under the Spurs boss when they were together at Southampton, although the 21-year-old’s big move to Old Trafford hasn’t worked out for a variety of reasons.

And with tensions seemingly high between Shaw and United boss Jose Mourinho, it wouldn’t be at all surprising to see the England star allowed to leave the club this summer, and given how well Pochettino got Shaw playing at St Mary’s, the Tottenham manager may well move for him in the summer window.
