Paul Pogba’s hasn’t quite got off to the best of starts since his £89 million move back to Manchester United in the summer.

The French international has struggled to make an impact worthy of the world-record transfer fee paid for him a few months ago, and he was once again ineffective in United’s 0-0 draw at Liverpool on Monday.

However, Jose Mourinho’s decision to drop captain Wayne Rooney has paved the way for Pogba to play slightly further forward and, even in the early stages, there appears to be a good understanding between himself and striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Nevertheless, Pogba’s move from Italian giants Juventus in the summer could spark further transfers from Italy’s top division when the window re-opens in the New Year.

Here are THREE players that could follow the Frenchman to Old Trafford in January…

Very strange player suggestions. Do you honestly think Juventus will sel their best player Dybala in January?
I doubt Man Utd will sign anyone in January as clubs don’t like to sell then but I think Jose will still try and sign Bakayoko and Bailey in Janaury and possibly Greizmann and Joao Cancelo in the summer
