Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United are all reportedly interested in signing Brazil international defender Marquinhos, according to L’Equipe (via the Express).

The Premier League trio, who all finished in the top-half of the English top-flight standings last term, have been linked with a summer swoop for the highly-rated Paris Saint-Germain centre-half ahead of the forthcoming 2016/17 campaign.

The 22-year-old, who has 11 international caps for his country, scored two goals in 43 appearances for the Ligue 1 champions under former boss Laurent Blanc last season.

Marquinhos, who is also said to be attracting interest from La Liga giants FC Barcelona too, is growing increasingly frustrated at his lack of first-team opportunities at the Parc des Princes.

The Brazilian has irregularly been operating at right-back as he is currently behind fellow centre-halves Thiago Silva and David Luiz in the defensive pecking order.

The report also suggests that Marquinhos has been upset even further after new manager Unai Emery hinted it would be best if he didn’t represent Brazil at the Rio Olympics next month.
