Arsenal have set their sights on signing Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha, according to reports.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move away from Selhurst Park since impressing on returning to the club following a disappointing spell with Manchester United.

With 10 goals and five assists in the 2018/19 Premier League campaign, the Ivory Coast international was once again the Eagles’ go-to man.

But Zaha’s performances mean that Palace could find it difficult to keep him with the Daily Star reporting that the Gunners want to take him across the Thames.

Unai Emery is aiming to bolster his squad this summer and is looking for an attacker to replace Danny Welbeck, who’s left following the expiration of his contract.

However, after missing on Champions League football for next season, it’s claimed that the Spaniard has a transfer budget of just £45million.

With Zaha, who signed a bumper five-year deal in August 2018, valued higher than that figure by Palace, it remains to be seen if Arsenal can pull off a deal, especially when they’ve been linked with further fresh faces.
