Career in pictures – Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler

England debut (March 1996)

Fowler earned his first England cap back in March 1996, coming on as a substitute in their 1-0 win over Bulgaria at Wembley.

The striker would then go on to make a further 25 appearances for his country, netting seven times overall, the last of which coming in a 2-2 draw with Cameroon back in May 2002.

Here, the 42-year-old can be seen netting that last-minute equaliser against the African side in Kobe.
