Defending Premier League champions Chelsea are determined to not let history repeat itself on Wednesday night as they bid to overturn Paris Saint-Germain’s one-goal advantage in their UEFA Champions League last-16 second-leg tie at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues; who drew 1-1 with Stoke City in the league at the weekend, will be without captain John Terry (Hamstring) through injury, so England international Gary Cahill will partner Branislav Ivanovic in central defender.

Meanwhile the French visitors, who currently lead Ligue 1 by a remarkable 23 points, are most likely to recall former Chelsea defender David Luiz to their starting line-up after he was rested during Saturday’s 0-0 draw against Montpellier.

So with both former teammates set to go head-to-head on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge, here is how Chelsea’s Cahill and PSG’s Luiz match up so far this season…
